GINI Board Members Andrew Gibbens and Ted Jackson talk with WETS' Wayne Winkler regarding the

"Climate Resiliency Symposium on Earth Day 2017"

John Shuck, pastor at First Presbyterian Elizabethton, has a radio show on our local NPR station WETS 89.5.  Progressive Spirit airs Thursday nights @ 8pm and Sunday afternoons @ 2pm.

Most recently, John interviewed Sister Paula Gonzalez, also known as "the solar nun" when she visited Johnson City from April 27-30, 2014. Sister Paula is a co-founder of Ohio Interfaith Power & Light, and a dedicated "citizen of Earth."

John's interview with Jennie Young who has spearheaded our regional--turned statewide!--campaign against TN Mountain Top Removal can be found here...

John was intrigued about GINI's February 19th 2012 speaker, Dr. Laura Hartman. Her book came out on Oxford Press this year: The Christian Consumer.   Her interview is here.

Carol Landis, former president of the GINI Board, has also been interviewed about her life in Ohio with Ohio Interfaith Power and Light and the Byrd Polar Research Center..and about her dual life in Tennessee, being a part of starting GINI.

Religion for Life is co-broadcast at Emory and Henry, VA, on WEHC.
