Event Description
This event coincides with "First Friday in Downtown Johnson City," promotes art appreciation, environmental awareness and water conservation, and includes an artistic rain barrel competition, "Science in the Streets" for kids, live music by the Jazz Doctors, and a silent auction to purchase a one-of-a-kind, fully functioning rain barrel.
