Hello GINI,
Please be aware that there will be a non-violent (legal) direct action in front of the Johnson City UBS branch (214 E. Mountcastle Drive), Monday, March 4th, beginning at 11:30 am, featuring "George T. Bankerman" the "CEO" of UBS and funder of mountaintop removal. UBS is among the top financiers of MTR and is self-conscious of their image. Previous actions at the Johnson City branch gained the attention of international media outlets and forced the company to review their ethics policies. GINI members are invited to participate (again, this will be a peaceful demonstration).
