Seminar: Environmental Racism and Public Health

Featuring Dr. Ying Li, ETSU School of Public Health

This is a lecture and discussion event led by the Department of Sustainability and Dr. Ying Li, ETSU professor of Public Health. Dr. Li will explain how people who are born, raised, and live in different parts of the world will be affected by climate change specifically in relation to health and public health. Dr. Li has done research about how rising temperatures in Appalachian summers have affected death tolls. Come check it out!
