Does GINI have any members who are planting trees during the day on February 16 as part of the 10,000 Trees project?
Does anyone have any unwanted saplings that we can dig to transplant where they're wanted?
We seem to have little tulip trees and white pines popping up everywhere in the summer. Can we grab some of these little trees in the next few days and transplant them on the 16th? They don't have to be planted in a public place, if you know a home owner or land owner who would like to have some additional trees.

On February 16, Tennessee Environmental Council along with several member groups, partners and sponsors will plant 10,000 trees in one day. Planting a tree is a simple act with TREEmendous benefits.
