Ready or not, climate change is happening. Dr. Tony DeLucia (Professor of Surgery with ETSU Quillen College of Medicine) will speak on the public health effects of climate change. The Johnson City Local Climate Action Team will briefly present an overview of the Johnson City and the statewide TN Healthy Energy Campaign working to reduce our use of coal through more energy efficiency.
