Event Description
The TN Senate has decided to consider what used to be the "TN Scenic Vistas Protection Act" on Monday, March 12th. The original bill was altered on Feb. 29th, to insert industry-provided language that essentially allows "business as usual" and more mountaintop removal mining in TN. Please inform yourselves and contact every Senator and Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey if you believe that "only God should move mountains". See TN LEAF Action Alert for more information.
