Event Description

St. Mary's Justice, Peace & Integrity of Creation Ministry welcomes the Tennessee Poor People's Campaign as it visits the Tri-Cities on its educational tour. All are invited to learn about the National Call for Moral Revival and its fundamental principles of challenging -- through nonviolent action and love -- poverty, racism and militarism. These are the same 3 evils of American society that Dr. King identified in the Poor People's Campaign that he started 50 years ago, just before he was killed.
Please join JPIC in St. Mary's School Auditorium this Sunday, September 30th at 4:00pm to learn about this historic campaign.
St. Mary's Catholic Church is in Johnson City at 2211 East Lakeview Drive. Park in the second lot before your reach the Church and enter the school auditorium at the door facing the parking lot.
